ORDER PROCESSING TIME

At State of Gracie, we pride ourselves on efficiency and precision in fulfilling your orders.
Our dedicated team ensures that every order is processed promptly within 1-3 business days.
During peak periods such as sales, re-stocking events, or holidays, we extend our processing window to ensure meticulous attention to detail, requiring an additional 5-7 business days.
As we unveil our latest collection, demand has surged, and while we strive for seamless operations, we ask for your understanding in potential delays. Please allow an extra 2-4 days for processing during this time.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

DOMESTIC SHIPPING – UNITED STATES

For our valued customers in the United States, we offer a range of shipping options tailored to your needs.

Enjoy complimentary standard shipping on orders over $150, or opt for our swift express shipping service.

For added peace of mind, we provide a signature on delivery option for a nominal fee of $5.00.

Your security is paramount, and we recommend selecting this service during checkout to safeguard your parcel.
*Please note: Orders shipping to non-contiguous states are subject to different shipping rates.

We understand the importance of timely delivery. However, adverse weather conditions are causing delays of up to 10 business days for Standard Shipping parcels bound for the East Coast. Rest assured, we’re working diligently to minimize any inconvenience.

  • Order Cutoff: Monday – Friday, 9AM to 6PM (PST)
  • Handling Time: 1-3 business days
  • Transit Time: 5–6 business days

Delivery Estimates

Standard Shipping: 6–8 working days (processing + transit)

Delivery times may vary due to location, weather, and courier delays.

Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email within 24 hours. You can monitor your delivery status in real time.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to:

  • PO Boxes
  • APO/FPO addresses

A physical address must be used at checkout.

If your parcel shows “on hold” or delivery attempts fail, it is the customer's responsibility to coordinate with the courier.

Taxes & Customs Duties

All prices are listed in USD and exclude taxes/duties. Import fees depend on your country and are payable by the customer upon delivery.
